KOGA has six (6) standing committees that guide the management and execution of the Association. Those committees are:

Finance Committee: Chairwoman Stacee Dover, CountryMark
Prepares the budget and oversees the fiscal and financial matters for KOGA.

Government Affairs Committee: Chairman Bill Barr, BlackRidge Resource Partners, LLC
Evaluates and guides KOGA’s legislative and executive branch strategies to promote, protect and defend the Kentucky’s industry in Frankfort and Washington D.C.

Insurance Committee: Chairman Wes Cate, NGL Supply Ltd.
Oversees the KOGA Health Plan, a key member benefit given the significant and ongoing changes in the nation’s health care system.

Legal Committee: Chairwoman Karen Greenwell, Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP
Considers and evaluates the current, ongoing and potential legal matters affecting Kentucky’s oil and gas industry

Member Services Committee: Chairman Shawn Bailey, Diversified Energy Company, PLC
Organizes KOGA’s meeting and program agendas and designs member benefits and outreach opportunities.

Technical & Regulatory Committee: Chairman Chuck Venditti, TRC Company
Considers and evaluates the regulatory issues coming from both state and federal agencies and is responsible for coordinating with IPAA to respond to regulations affecting the industry.
